Good & Bad Shots

I showed Dags, my officemate, the shots I've made last week and got his comments on these two photos:

this photo would have looked better if the lampposts weren't included;

i got his commendation on this one.

He and Valerie gave me some tips over coffee (and tea) in Starbucks. I have to double-check the subjects I want to focus on. Amongst the shots I've made, there were a lot which includes objects that shouldn't be included to give more emphasis on my subject. I'll do my best to bear this in mind each time. c",)
